FundGaza is run by a personal humanitarian initiative, not a commercial platform or a financial institution. Using this site means you agree to these terms.
Donations
Every donation you make is voluntary and non-refundable once sent and received, except in documented technical error cases (such as a duplicate payment). We commit to directing donations toward the campaign you chose as much as possible; if a specific campaign becomes fully funded, any surplus may be redirected to a similar campaign of the same humanitarian priority.
Responsibility for crypto transactions
Donating via USDT or any other crypto currency happens directly on the blockchain network and is inherently irreversible. The donor alone is responsible for verifying the correct wallet address and network before sending. We bear no responsibility for any loss resulting from sending funds to a wrong address or on an incorrect network.
Accuracy of information
We make every effort to accurately document every campaign and every expense via our public transparency log. If you notice any error or delayed update, please contact us immediately so we can correct it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time, and the last-updated date will appear at the top of the page when any material change is made.
